We’re improving security for DocuSign

Starting Feb. 14, 2024, the way you receive DocuSign certificates of completion will change. For increased security, DocuSign will now send you a secure link so you can log in with your credentials and download the PDF certificate. This means you have secure access as well as control over how your certificates are saved. Log in to your DocuSign dashboard to access your client records. The link will expire after 120 days.  

DocuSign will also send a secure link to your clients. Please communicate this change to your clients so they can download their copy within 120 days.
