What is SimpleProtect?

SimpleProtect™ is an online application for our participating life, term and critical illness insurance products. It simplifies the application process with significantly fewer underwriting questions and nearly 20% of applications are instantly approved. With the option to have your client sign on their own device, applications can be completed without the need for a face-to-face meeting.

SimpleProtect age & amount limits increased

We have expanded the age and amount limits within SimpleProtectTM to help even more of your clients get the coverage they need quickly and simply. You can now process up to $25 million for term and participating life insurance, and $3 million for critical illness for adult policies. Age limits will be increased up to the maximums available within the product.

Did you know

If you are experiencing issues with client verification, make sure to double check the client information like name, date of birth and postal code with the client. A mismatch in any of these will prevent verification.

Tips & tricks

To help ensure cases are approved and issued without delay, upload only relevant documents required for the application. For example, you don’t need to upload the Reason why letter, illustrations for term life insurance, or commentary on the Advisor information page if they’re not relevant to the review/approval of the application. Any unnecessary uploads or comments will increase the approval time of the application as they’ll also be sent for review.
